We are proud to offer same-day creation and dispatch for most orders placed before 12 PM (AEST), meaning that as long as you order before the cut-off time, your product will be created and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM may be processed the following business day.
Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. If your order is placed after business hours on a Friday or just before a public holiday, it may be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and the address you provide. You'll be able to see the shipping options and prices before you complete your purchase. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 within Australia.
At Pictoboo, we take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to be both durable and minimal, ensuring that we reduce waste while still keeping your products secure.
If you're not home when your order arrives, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a card with instructions for collection from a local depot. The exact process will depend on the courier service used. We recommend tracking your package to ensure you’re available for delivery or to reschedule it if necessary.
If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., leave at the front door, deliver to a neighbour), please make sure to include them when entering your shipping details. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been delivered.
While we strive to ensure that every order reaches its destination without issue, sometimes packages may be delayed or lost. We are happy to deliver to PO Boxes within Australia. However, please ensure you enter the correct PO Box details at checkout to avoid any delivery issues. International customers may have restrictions on shipping to PO Boxes, so please verify with the relevant postal service.
For international orders, please be aware that you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Pictoboo is not responsible for any additional costs incurred during the customs process.
